Physical Verification of Documents for  Admission  2026 - 2027

NOTICE

In pursuance of Notification No. 698-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14, dated 14/05/2026, issued by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Physical Verification of Documents of the newly admitted students of S.B.S. Government College, Hili for the academic session 2026–27, admitted through the Centralised Admission Portal, shall be conducted as per the schedule given below:

Documents that are to be produced by the students

All original documents and one self-attested photocopy of

1. Application Form (System generated)
2. Provisional Admission Certificate (System generated)
3. Admission Payment Receipt (System generated)
4. Original of the 10th level Marksheet
5. Original of the 10+2 level Marksheet
6. Original of the Age Proof Certificate
7. Original of the Aadhaar Card
8. Original of the Caste Certificate (if applicable)
9. Original of the PWD Certificate (if applicable)
10. Original of the EWS Certificate (if applicable)
11. ABC ID (if available)
12. Original of the Registration Certificate (if applicable)
13. Original of the Migration Certificate (if applicable)
14. Antiaging Declaration form duly signed by the students
15. Two copies of passport size colour photos
